Williams worked closely with promotions, artist development, digital and sales departments. Prior to that he spent 6 years at KPLX/99.5 The Wolf in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas. While at the helm as Program director, the station received Station Of The Year honors from the Academy Of Country Music, the Country Music Association and the National Association of Broadcasting Marconi award.
While at Universal Studios he developed and executed TV/Radio promotions in 30 target tourist markets including New York, Philly, Atlanta, Boston, DC and Baltimore for six years. Williams Launched attractions like Twister, Jaws and a Day In The Park with Barney. He also marketed annual Universal events such as Mardi Gras and Halloween Horror Nights, as well as directed Grand opening programs in the state of Florida for CityWalk Orlando.

She is responsible for generating daily airplay and tracking reports, supporting to the regionals in the field, maintaining radio databases, point for meetings, presentations, radio contesting, label events and advertising tools.
